Public Judicial Actions
The only information found in this database regarding judicial disciplinary actions are those which the JQC is permitted to make public under the Constitution of Georgia. Information in this database covers public actions from July 2009 to the present.
Pursuant to Article VI, Section VII, Paragraph VII of the Constitution of Georgia and Rule 20 of the Rules of the JQC, proceedings of the Commission, including, but not limited to, the fact of filing of complaints with the Commission, investigations to determine whether there is probable cause that judicial misconduct has occurred, conferences of the Commission with respect to matters pending before it, correspondence and other communications, information learned from any investigation by the Commission and all other papers and documents shall be kept confidential and are not open to the public.
